PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Promotional monomeric calendered self-adhesive laminating film


Face material:
LF 8500 CG: 90 μm clear gloss PVC
LF 8500 CM: 90 μm clear matt PVC


Adhesive: Solvent acrylic clear permanent


Liner:  140 g/sqm single sided PE coated paper with Mactac imprinted.


TYPICAL USE
Laminating films specifically designed for the JT 8200 Series for short term indoor and outdoor
applications on flat surfaces in order to:
- retard color fade and protect printing media against UV radiation and abrasion
- Enhance colours of the prints
- Customize the media with homogeneous matt and glossy finishes


PROCESSING
Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent and Latex inkjet wide-format digital printing inks.
LF 8200 Series needs to be laminated to JT 8200 Series to achieve optimum protection and durability.
For specific setting of the laminator, please consult the technical manual that comes with the laminator
from the original supplier.
The printed media should be perfectly dry prior to lamination and be left to dry for at least 24Hr.
Mactac Laminating media must be applied following the instructions in TB 4.1 “Guidelines on handling,
converting and applying Mactac Digital media”, available from the resource section of www.mactacgraphics.eu


SHELF LIFE
1 years when stored at +15 to 25°C and ± 50 % relative humidity (in the original packaging).


CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Not suitable for use in contact with ketones, esters, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons as for
contact with water or detergents, alcohol and other aliphatic solvents.
